The Chairman of the Board of Ukrprombank has been Replaced

On December, 30, 2008 according to the resolution of the Supervisory Board, Olexandr Soltus has been relieved from the position of the Chairman of the Board of Ukrprombank, it was a voluntary termination of service.

Viktor Dergun was appointed to the position of the Chairman of the Board. He will enter the office after the National Bank of Ukraine avail its written consent.

By this moment the Deputy Chairman of the Board Volodymyr Bukovynsky is in discharge of the Chairman of the Board functions.

Olexandr Soltus has been holding the position of the Chairman of the Board of Ukrprombank since 1997.

Ukrprombank was registered in 1989. As of December 1, 2008, the network of Ukrprombank's branches consists of 320 branches and offices; the number of ATM's is 564, the number of bank terminals is 510; the number of trade terminals is 897.

Ukrprombank is in the first group of banks according to the rating of National Bank of Ukraine (largest banks).
As of December 1, 2008, the assets of the bank amounted to UAH 15, 649.9 mio.; the credit and investment portfolio amounted to UAH 13, 134.4 mio.; regulative capital of the bank amounted to UAH 1, 773.7 mio., the deposits of natural persons amounted to UAH 7, 957.2 mio.; the deposits of legal entities amounted to UAH 2, 476.3 mio.

In 2007 Ukrprombank was assigned positive credit ratings, which indicates the high reliability and the ability of the bank to perform all of its obligations in the situation existing at Ukrainian financial market:
- the rating according to the national ranking is at uaA level with a "stable" outlook, assigned by Сredit Rating national company;
- long-term international credibility rating is B2/Not Prime/E+/A3.ua, assigned by Moody's Investors Service international rating agency.
